At Prepnation, we strive to provide the highest quality coaching and support to our students. However, we understand that certain circumstances may require a refund request. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be processed.

1. Refund Eligibility

Students enrolled in our courses are eligible to request a refund under the following conditions:

Nonallocation or Nonconduct of Classes

A full refund of the tuition fee can be requested within 5 days of admission if classes are not allocated or conducted.

Pro-rata Refund Within Two Months

• Students may request a pro-rata refund of the tuition fee within the first two months of enrollment.
• The refund amount will be calculated based on the number of classes conducted up to the date of the refund request.

No Refund After Two Months

No refunds will be permissible after two months of enrollment, under any circumstances.

2. Non-refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable in all cases:

• Government taxes (GST and other statutory taxes)
• Registration charges
• Other statutory or administrative fees Refunds will be processed only for the tuition fee as per the terms mentioned above.

3. Refund Process

Submission of Request

• Students must submit a written refund request via email to [Insert Email Address] or in person at our office.
• The request must include the student’s name, enrollment ID, course details, and the reason for the refund.

Processing Time

Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 30 business days of submission, provided all necessary documentation is submitted.

Mode of Refund

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or through a bank transfer to the account specified by the student.

4. Terms and Conditions

• This Refund Policy applies solely to the tuition fee for courses offered by Prepnation.
• Students withdrawing from courses voluntarily or due to disciplinary actions are not eligible for refunds after two months of enrollment.
• The decision of Prepnation regarding the refund amount and eligibility shall be final and binding.
