PrepNation delivers educational resources in both digital and physical formats to suit your convenience.

Digital Deliveries

• E-books, study materials, and mock question papers in digital formats are delivered via email or through our secure online platform.
• Digital deliveries are instant upon successful payment confirmation

Physical Deliveries

• For physical study materials, notes, and books, shipping is currently available to selected locations across India.
• We are actively working on expanding our delivery network to serve a larger student base efficiently.

Order Processing and Dispatch

• Orders for physical materials are processed between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
• Please allow 2-3 business days for the dispatch of physical orders. This timeline is necessary to ensure proper packaging and quality checks before shipping.

Delivery Timelines

• Standard Delivery: Most orders are delivered within 7-10 business days from the date of dispatch.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier services, and unforeseen factors such as weather disruptions or regulatory restrictions.

Shipping Charges

• Digital Deliveries: Free of charge.
• Physical Deliveries: Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your order. Charges depend on the size, weight, and delivery location.

Order Tracking

• For physical orders, a tracking ID will be provided via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.
• You can monitor the status of your delivery through the courier partner’s official website or customer service.

Delivery Address and Contact Information

• Ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided at the time of purchase are accurate and complete to avoid delays.
• PrepNation will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information given at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Missing Items

PrepNation strives to maintain the highest standards in packaging and handling. However, if you encounter any issues such as damaged, defective, or missing items:

• Please include your order ID, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photographs of the damaged package.
• After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return and Refund Policy.

Non-Delivery Scenarios

• Incorrect Address: If an incorrect address was provided and the package is undeliverable, additional charges for re-shipping may apply.
• Unreachable Customer: If the delivery personnel cannot reach you after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to PrepNation. Re-dispatching the package may incur extra fees.
